Faktura VAT 2027 START is the simplest route to compliant invoicing in the new system. You can issue VAT invoices, bills, receipts, corrections, advance invoices, pro-forma invoices and orders — and send every one of them to the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF).

KSeF is not a paid add-on here. National e-Invoicing System support is included in full in the cheapest edition: you send sales invoices, download purchase invoices issued to your company and check KSeF statuses and numbers.

In this edition the 2027 release adds a collective invoice, an internal document and bilingual invoices (Polish paired with English, German, French, Czech and Swedish) together with the amount in words in the document currency. Unpaid invoices are handled by debt collection — reminders and payment demands — and you can attach an online payment link with a QR code to an invoice. Work shared between several people is separated by users and permissions.

The program runs on your own computer — your data never leaves for the cloud and you do not depend on a subscription. If you grow, you can move to STANDARD (129 zł) or PRO (219 zł) without migrating your data.

Frequently asked questions — Faktura VAT 2027 START

Does the START edition support KSeF?

Yes, in full. KSeF 2.0 works even in the cheapest START edition — you send sales invoices, download purchase invoices, check statuses and KSeF numbers. You do not have to pay extra for a higher edition.

Will START generate JPK files?

Yes. START creates JPK_V7M and JPK_V7K as well as JPK_FA(4), plus VAT-UE, VAT-8, VAT-9M and VIU-DO (OSS) returns. JPK_MAG and accounting files (JPK_PKPIR, JPK_EWP) require the PRO edition.

How many companies does the START edition handle?

START runs a single company. If you invoice for several entities, you need the STANDARD edition (129 zł), which handles an unlimited number of companies.

Is there an invoice limit in START?

There is no document limit at all. Issue as many invoices as you need — the annual licence does not depend on the number of documents or contractors you issue.

Can I move up to a higher edition later?

Yes, without migrating your data. You install the program in the STANDARD or PRO edition (219 zł) and point it at your existing database — invoices, contractors and settings stay where they are.

Is the 2027 edition ready for production work?

The 2027 release is currently a beta — it works and you can download it, but testing is still under way. For day-to-day invoicing we recommend the 2026 START edition.
