Faktura VAT 2027 STANDARD is the edition for companies that have outgrown basic invoicing. It handles any number of entities, lets you set up recurring invoices for regular customers and settle payments straight from a bank statement.
If you ship goods by post or courier, you get a full set of forms: envelope and letter addressing, labels, a dispatch book, dispatch notes and cash-on-delivery parcels — without retyping addresses into a separate program.
Sales are supported by discounts and promotions with a validity period — you set the rule once and the program applies it when issuing a document. For each customer you can record a credit limit and mark whether they are a buyer or a supplier.
Every 2027 novelty works here too: bilingual invoices, a collective invoice, an internal document, debt collection with reminders and payment demands, online payments with a QR code on the printout, and users and permissions for working as a team.
Compared with the START edition (89 zł) you get a complete feature set for a company handling multiple entities. If you need a warehouse with stock levels or bookkeeping, go for PRO (219 zł).

Who the edition is for: STANDARD
STANDARD wystarczy, jeśli…
- you issue invoices for more than one company (your own or one you run for someone else)
- you have regular subscription customers and issue them the same invoices every month
- you want to settle payments from a bank statement instead of ticking them off by hand
- you send postal parcels and need envelopes, labels and a dispatch book
- you want purchase reports and sales statistics, but you do not need a warehouse
Choose a different edition if…
- you run a warehouse with stock levels or do your own bookkeeping (KPiR, lump sum) — choose PRO
- you are a one-person company issuing a few invoices a month — choose START

How many companies does the STANDARD edition handle?
An unlimited number. You issue invoices for many entities from a single installation, and each company has its own numbering, data and settlements.
What does STANDARD add over START?
STANDARD adds recurring (subscription) invoices, batch printing, quick sales, bank statements with payment matching, transfer export in the Elixir format, statistics and purchase reports, plus a full set of postal forms — envelopes, labels, a dispatch book and cash-on-delivery parcels.
Does STANDARD support recurring invoices?
Yes. You set a schedule and the program generates the repeating subscription invoices itself. You can print and send them in a batch for a whole group of contractors at once.
Is KSeF included in the STANDARD edition?
Yes — KSeF 2.0 works in every 2027 edition. You send sales invoices, download purchase invoices and check KSeF statuses and numbers for each company you handle.
Will STANDARD run a warehouse or KPiR?
No. A warehouse with stock levels and PZ/WZ documents, and bookkeeping (KPiR, lump sum, fixed assets), are in the PRO edition (219 zł). STANDARD keeps a price list of goods and services, but without stock levels.
Is the 2027 edition ready for production work?
The 2027 release is currently a beta — it works and you can download it, but testing is still under way. For day-to-day invoicing we recommend the 2026 STANDARD edition.
