Faktura VAT 2027 PRO combines three programs in one: invoicing, a warehouse with stock levels and turnover documents, and independent bookkeeping. Entries in the revenue and expense ledger are created automatically from the invoices you issue, and stock levels change with every goods issue.

The warehouse does not stop at stock levels: a customer order reserves goods, so the promised and available quantities are shown separately, the program watches each contractor's credit limit and issues the WZ document for an invoice itself. Discounts and promotions follow rules with a validity period, and four warehouse reports answer what to reorder and what is not moving.

Separate CRM and Service modules: a history of contacts with the customer, tasks and payment reminders with an automatically chosen escalation level, plus repair orders with a register of customer equipment, serial number, warranty and repair history.

This is the edition for trading, service and repair companies that do not want to keep a separate invoicing program, a stock spreadsheet and bookkeeping at an accounting office. Everything happens on your own computer — your data never leaves for the cloud.

The 2027 release ties the warehouse to KSeF: a purchase invoice downloaded from the National e-Invoicing System can be received straight into the warehouse, and a return from a correction goes back into stock. HR gains ZUS filings (ZUA, ZZA, ZWUA, RUD) and the PIT-11 and PIT-4R returns, and fixed assets are settled with the JPK_ST file, mandatory from 2026.

Compared with the STANDARD edition (129 zł) you get the entire warehouse module, all of the bookkeeping, margin analysis and integrations with online shops and Allegro.
