The program enables:

Fast invoice issuance with quick contractor insertion, a built-in company search from the GUS online database, insertion by VAT ID (NIP), company list, or partial name. Automatic postcode-to-city fill, quick product/service selection, keyboard shortcuts, automatic price list and company list building. Clone previously issued documents. Quick editing of issued invoices.

In addition to manual entry, you can prepare a product/service database and a detailed price list in advance. Sales can be conducted at net or gross retail prices, just like a cash register.

Document verification before printing, checking account numbers, VAT ID (NIP), REGON (optional), postcodes, and seller/buyer/item data.

Custom dictionaries: units of measure, payment methods, bank account numbers, product groups, client groups, configurable VAT rates.

Languages, exchange rates

Issue documents in various languages (English, German, Czech, French, Swedish, with the option to add/edit custom translations). Bilingual invoices with translation on the same page or in a given language. Multi-currency sales support.

The program automatically downloads current exchange rates from the internet (NBP) and ECB, with a built-in currency calculator. Access to historical NBP and ECB rates. Convert document values between any currencies with the appropriate annotation on the document.

Company list, document list, price list with print, data export and import from SQL databases, text files, CSV, Excel, HTML, and XML. You can even print your price list as a webpage. Unlimited company and product name lengths, three price levels (Basic, Wholesale, Sale). Automatic data collection during document creation. Product and company groups. Company and product search. Quick identification by NIP, abbreviations, codes, and names.

Particularly noteworthy are the reporting functions (sales, VAT records) — easily analyse sales, monitor business growth, or create sales registers for VAT or monthly bookkeeping. The reporting module allows you to balance sales and purchases by contractor or product over any period and in any currency.

Receivables control, payment register, invoice settlement per customer. Overdue invoices highlighted in red, print payment demands, send reminders by e-mail.

Printers & scanners

Works with barcode scanners and fiscal printers using the Posnet Thermal communication protocol: POSNET THERMAL, NOVITUS, QUATRO, DELIO and VIVO.

Save documents to PDF, HTML, JPG, XML and send by e-mail. Send documents by e-mail (including serial sending to hundreds of recipients simultaneously or during printing). Print documents at month-end or for a selected period.

Data backup. Create copies of documents and data on any media or as a ZIP archive. Critically important in case of computer or hard drive failure. The program will remind you to back up, or you can activate backups yourself.

Updates

Automatic update. The program has a built-in automatic internet update module. When improvements or regulatory changes occur, the program automatically detects the availability of a newer version and performs the update.

Application interface available in Polish, English, German and Czech. Non-Polish speakers and companies operating internationally can use the program comfortably in their language.

Remote work over the internet or local network. Work remotely using a local or remote MS SQL / MySQL database server. This allows multiple employees to access the same data and documents from any workstation on the local network or remotely via the internet.
