Changes in the Faktura VAT 2025 invoicing program:

List of the most important changes:

  • A quick and easy way to activate the program with a tax identification number

We ask you to update older programs to version 2025. This will provide you with an up-to-date and modern program.

How to update our program to version 2025 and who is this update for?

Notice to users 2002-2024 with an expired license

If you are Faktura VAT 2002-2024 user and your license has expired or is about to expire, the update is quick and easy. To upgrade, go to our store and then select your renewal version, i.e. License renewal for users Faktura VAT 2002-2024 START, STANDARD or PRO (You can choose any version).  Click here to go to our store and renew/update your license

After purchasing the update, just download the program from our website and activate the license with your tax identification number.

Notice for users with an active key version 2024

If you are a user of the 2024 version and have an active license, you can download the demo version and register it with a VAT number.

After installing version 2025, all data will be preserved the first time you start the program.

What’s new in version 2022?

From January 1, 2022, a system of electronic issuance, receipt and storage has been introduced in Poland structured invoices (the so-called e-Invoices) using the KSeF platform (National e-Invoicing System). We are currently closely following the Ministry of Finance and all changes and are working on implementing them on the side of our invoicing programs.
