Here we set the parameters for the appearance of the documents.

Logo and background

Here we can indicate the file where our logo is saved.

Texts – Descriptions

Here we can change the content of additional descriptions.

Texts – Document Names

Here we can rename the document types.

Texts – Column names

Here we can change the names of individual columns.

Texts – Translations

Here we can change the language version of the column description. We choose the version from the list of available
versions already installed in the program.

Texts – Bottom footer

Here we set the appearance of the footer.

Texts – Additional

Additional settings.

Properties

Here we set whether additional elements (objects) should be printed or not.

If you want to print QR codes on invoices, select the “Printing a barcode for recipient data” option.

Table – Column Names

Here we can modify the names of individual table columns.

Table – Settings

Here we select which columns should be visible.

We also select the document whose columns we want to configure.

Stamp and signature

Here we can decide whether the field for the stamp and signature should be printed.

Fonts

Here we specify the type and parameters of fonts for individual elements.

Document styles

Here we specify the print style of the documents. These styles are hard-coded.
After selecting a style, its preview appears next to it.
