Introduction to the invoicing program

Faktura VAT 2025 program is a modern program designed to issue VAT invoices,
corrections, bills, orders, offers, transfers, receipts for companies and individuals.

A modern interface, intuitive operation, easy installation and all necessary
functions enable quick and reliable service of sales departments of small and medium-sized
trade, service and production companies (including transport and tourism).

Ability to serve individual and mass customers. The software is available in
three versions: START, STANDARD, PRO.

The program enables, among other things:

  • Issuing and editing sales and purchase documents: Faktura VAT, VAT Faktura VAT, Faktura VAT,

  1. The program prints such documents as: VAT invoices, margin VAT invoices, VAT-MP invoices,
    RR VAT invoices, internal invoices, correction invoices, bills, receipts, pro-forma documents
    , advance invoices, final invoices, comercial invoices, orders,
    offers for customers, KP/KW documents, transfers (color or print), payments to the Social Insurance Institution,
    calls for payment, payment receipts, correction notes, WZ, PZ, KP, KW, postal forms,
    as well as labels (e.g. stickers).
  2. Possibility to issue a document in different languages (English, German, Czech, French, Swedish,
    the ability to add/edit your own translations). Support for sales in different currencies.
  3. Defining the appearance of the invoice, in the program we have 7 ready-made invoice templates,
    the ability to insert the company’s logo and stamp, own comments, edit fixed texts, as well as
    edit document headers. Font changeable. Your own footer with your own description and
    comments under the bill. Configure columns in the invoice line items table.
  4. Custom numbering of documents according to your own format, e.g. SYMBOL/NO/YEAR/F, automatic or manual.
    Annual or monthly numbering. Separate numbering for different documents.
  5. Verification of the document before its printing, checking the correctness of account numbers, NIP,
    REGON (can be excluded), postal codes, control of entered data of the seller,
    buyer and items.

  9. List of companies, Price list with the possibility of printing, exporting and importing data from SQl databases, text files,
    CSV, Excel, HMTL and XML. We can, for example, print the price list as a website. Freely long names of companies and
    products, defining three levels of product prices (Basic, Wholesale, Sale). Automatic
    collection of data in the databases of goods and companies when creating documents (possibility to disable
    this option). Groups of goods and companies. Search for companies and goods. Quick identification by NIP
    number, abbreviations, indexes and names.
  10. In addition to the possibility of entering items on the invoice on the hand, you can prepare
    a database of goods and services and a detailed price list in advance. Sales can be carried out
    according to net or gross retail prices as from a cash register.
  11. Particularly noteworthy are the functions of reports (sales, VAT records) – thanks to this, you can
    easily analyze sales, observe the development of the company or simply create sales registers for VAT purposes
    or monthly postings in the revenue-expense book. The reporting module allows you to balance
    sales and purchases by contractors or items from any time period.
  12. Keeping a record of payments and the possibility of settling individual invoices
    and a given customer. Payment deadlines, printing of summons, sending reminders to the e-mail address
    .
  13. Cash report, KP and KW forms with defined own numbering.
  14. Addressing and sending, printing addresses on any label formats (e.g.
    stickers), DL envelopes, DL+ (business profile), C6, B5, also DL with windows.
    Possibility to prepare a complete shipment of a document from the moment of printing
    to putting it in an envelope, i.e. addressing, printing the transfer and confirming
    the posting. Printing postal forms such as Sender Book, Confirmation of Posting,
    Confirmation of Cash on Delivery + Barcodes. Addressing envelopes and serial
    printing on labels (stickers) of any format.
  15. Possibility of network installation on any number of workstations (computers).
    This allows other people to use the same company databases, price lists, units of measurement,
    account lists and access all documents from any workstation at the same time.
  16. Cooperation with barcode readers and fiscal printers working with the posnet thermal communication protocol
    , i.e. POSNET THERMAL and NOVITUS, QUATRO, DELIO or VIVO printers.
  17. Additional possibility to enter prices in different currencies.
  18. Automatic download of current exchange rates from the Internet (NBP) and the ECB and a built-in
    currency calculator. Access to archival exchange rates from the NBP and the ECB. Conversion of the document value
    in another currency into any other currency with an appropriate annotation on the document
    regarding the exchange rate and the NBP table number.
  19. Batch printing allows you to prepare invoices for more
    customers at once faster (e.g. a subscription).

    , the ability to change fonts, text on the document, insert logos, margin settings
    , etc.
  23. Backup. The invoicing program gives you the ability to create copies of the documents and data you
    enter on the medium of your choice: Google Drive, HDD, pendrive, CD and ZIP.
    It will remind you to do it itself. A practical and indispensable function when your computer equipment
    fails.
  24. Automatic update. The program has a built-in module for automatic update
    via the Internet. In the event of a modernization or changes in the regulations, the program
    will automatically detect the availability of a newer version and perform an update.

    payments according to the history of accounts from popular banks mBank, Inteligo.

  32. Remote work via the Internet or in a local network. You can work remotely based on a remote MS SQL
    or MySQL database server or install applications in the network on any number of workstations (computers). All employees of your company
    can use the same data, documents remotely via the Internet or from a selected workstation in the local network.

  34. The PRO version allows us to work in the Google Drive cloud. This means that we can transfer documents
